How a custom cake comes together
There is no order form to fill in. The whole thing happens in a WhatsApp conversation, which means nothing gets lost in translation.

Send us the idea
A screenshot, a photo you saved, a cartoon your child loves, a colour palette, or a sentence describing what you want. Anything is a starting point.

We agree the details
Design, size, flavour and the date you need it. We will tell you honestly what is possible in the time available, and what a design will cost before you commit.

We bake it fresh
Baking starts close to your date, not before. The cake is filled, finished and decorated by hand to the design we agreed.

You collect it
Boxed cold and carefully so the finish survives the journey home.

Before you message us
Can I send a photo of a cake I found online?
Yes — that is the most common way people order. Send the image on WhatsApp and we will tell you what we can match closely and where we would need to adapt it.
Will it look exactly like the reference?
We aim to get as close as possible, and we will be straight with you beforehand about any part of a design that will differ. Hand-finished cakes are never pixel-identical to a photograph, and we would rather set the expectation than disappoint you on the day.
How far ahead should I order?
The more notice the better, especially for detailed or sculpted designs. Message us with your date and we will confirm what is possible.
Can I choose the flavour as well as the design?
Yes. Design and flavour are separate decisions — tell us both when you message and we will confirm what is available for your date.
